Private Bedroom in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, NYC

Hello hello!

My name’s Dawayne, a graphic designer and aspiring musician :)

My roommate has decided to move back home, so I have an unfurnished private bedroom that just opened up; and am looking for a down to earth roommate to move in May 1st, on a 12 month lease.

The unit is a cozy little first floor, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located in Crown Heights; about a 10-15 minute walk from the C train. Decent takeout/fast-food and grocery options in walking distance, as well. No in-unit washer and dryer, but there’s a laundromat at the end of the block that’s a really short walk. Heat and hot water included; neighborhood is fairly quiet-ish and laid back for the most part.

I’m a clean, respectful, kind, creative guy. Not much of a decorator lol, but there's plenty of canvas to splash with your personality if you so wish to bring decor. Would love to chop it up further about myself and the space, just shoot me a dm :)
