Roy Z - $1,000/month

I'm Roy Zhang, a solopreneur at nitroclay.games, where I'll mostly be working quietly in my room. I have a friendly cat and a street-parked automobile. My current place of 2 years is getting a bit noisy, hence my search. I'm 33, likes to keep things tidy, like I'll wash up immediately after cooking, will wipe down bathrooms and sweep/vacuum weekly, might play some acoustic guitar, am accommodating to any asks, loves to chat about whatever you're up to, and wouldn't mind cooking vegetarian meals or shopping together. I have a little non-combusting dry herb vaporizer which doesn't really produce any odors, I don't smoke, and don't typically drink except a beer at a party on occasion. I'm fully boosted, but haven't been masking outdoors of late, if there are immunocompromised people in the house I can start doing that. I think my credit score is 808 and I have plenty of savings, so I can venmo/cashapp/check the rent every month no problem. I'm currently month-to-month, so I can start any day in July-August, where I'll stay at least until the end of the year, and possibly much longer. Won't say no to any communal get-togethers!
