We live in a full house, not just an apartment. It's spacious and amazing.

A couple of things make us better than other listings, perhaps:

First is, we have fantastic housemates. Just great. So please be awesome as well.

Second, we're right next to the Metro (DC's subway, if you don't know). We're one block away, and that is great for getting around the city.

Thirst is, the room is about 50% to 100% more than you would get for the same money in other areas of DC.
