About Me

I am a retired teacher living in a private house in central Denver. I have lived in my house for 23 years and have been renting rooms in it for 20 years, usually to Montessori students at the summer institute. I am quiet - read, garden, entertain modestly; non-smoker, no substances, a glass of wine in the evening. I travel a lot and am sometimes gone at the weekends - so it would be essential for me to find a room mate who is responsible and can take care of the house and cat while I am gone - no parties. I am friendly but would not expect to provide much social interaction with a room mate. Montessori students on the two-year summer training sessions have tended to return for the second summer as they have been happy and comfortable here.
