I currently have three apartments that I’m interested in applying for. I am looking for a female housemate to join that lease with me. The apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with shared living room and kitchen space in the city of Long Beach. Rent estimates to around $1047.5-$1100 depending on the apartment we decide on together with deposit $750 each with a $35 application fee.
