A comfortable and convenient two-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Kerrisdale, close to UBC Vancouver campus - with 041 and R4 bus within 5 minute walk. The apartment, situated on the third floor, boasts a living area of 970 sq ft and looks out directly onto 41st street.
Please note that the rental is only available from June 1st to September 1st (the beginning date can be adjusted and negotiated accordingly but the end date is fixed). The available bedroom comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, and a closet for storage. Please note that some personal items will be left in the room for storage. The bathroom is separate, ensuring privacy, while the shared living space and kitchen allow for a comfortable communal living experience.
This living arrangement is most suitable for university students attending school at UBC/Langara or anyone who is working in Vancouver for the summer. I am ideally looking for a roommate anywhere from age 18 to 21.
