About myself – I recently bought the house. I’m a late-20’s guy who works from home for a software company as a marketing manager. Definitely an early riser; most days I’m up by ~6:00 am and go outside for some cardio. Outside of work I’m pretty laid back – into outdoor sports; strength training; cooking and a bit of gaming. While not looking to throw any big parties here, I love kicking back and sharing a drink.

This newly updated Westminster house offers a great living situation for young professionals/workers in the Denver metro.
I recently bought this place and now rent out the extra bedrooms. Mostly folks in their 20s-30s but I’m open to any age & gender. We all work full-time are quiet, clean & easygoing.
A bedroom downstairs is available come Dec 1st. If this listing is up then the room is still available!
Monthly rent includes wifi and trash but we evenly split variable utilities like water & energy. It typically comes out to ~$50/mo.
In the living room I have a roku TV equipped with a bunch of streaming services like Netflix, Hulu & Amazon Prime Video. We have laundry machines in the basement. I also keep the place stocked with cleaning supplies, paper towers, toilet paper, dish soap, etc.
Again, all of that is included in rent!
Location wise, the house is in Federal Heights, Westminster area. LoDo is just a 10-15 minute drive away. Gyms, groceries, shopping, food are all within 5 minutes. Parking is easy: 2-car garage, 3-car driveway & a ton of street space as we’re on a corner lot.
I am looking for single-occupancy & no pets. I will run a credit & background check for $35 & need to verify your income/employment. Security deposit of $800 & first month rent are due upfront. Lease terms are but 1 year highly preferred.
