Looking for a roommate to live in the available 2nd bedroom of a 2 bedroom apartment in Astoria. This apartment is 1000sq ft with a large kitchen, dining room and living room. Available bedroom has a balcony, closet and lots of natural light (large bay window, additional window and private balcony). It is the 2nd floor of a 3 story house in Astoria. I love living here because it's private, comfortable and roomy with 2 hall closets plus a closet in the available bedroom, it's also close to many trains and buses (N, W, R, F, M, Q66 & Q69). It is walking distance of many gyms, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, laundry, etc.

I have a small shitzu who is very sweet, loving and well trained. Seeking a roommate who is respectful, clean, honest, cool with a dog and financially stable.

Living room, dining room and kitchen are fully furnished. Dining table has 4 chairs. Kitchen has kitchenware, dishes, glasses, etc. Living room has 2 couches, bar and bar stool.
