Private Room for 2 (2 parking spots)

Private Room with own bath, walk-in closet, patio, 2 parking spots, washer and dryer, simi private living-room and storage space in a positive and clean town house in Noho Arts District. Walking distance to North Hollywood Metro, restaurants, grocery store and studios.

I am a easy going, respectful and clean 22 year old dancer and model who is moving in to this beautiful town house in the end of January and am looking for two (or one) nice roomates to move into the second bedroom. The most important thing for me is that we keep it a positive and clean invironment :) Looking forward to hearing from you!

(I took the picture when I went to see the apartment so the stuff is not going to be there when I move in)
