Roommate leaving after 1 year to go to medical school out of state and looking for someone to replace her to resign lease with for 12 months (June 2026-June 2027). We have a beautiful 2 bed/2 bath (you have your own private bedroom and bathroom) on the 12th floor with great light in every room. Kitchen and bathrooms were redone with brand new appliances just before moving in (may 2025). The doormen are wonderful and know us well, and our neighbors have also become friends (many of whom have been in building for years). There is washer/dryer on every floor, a spacious gym in the basement, and outdoors space. The building team responds very promptly to any issues.
