The secure building is centrally located in an up-and-coming neighborhood, close to the 101 Freeway and Vermont Metro station, LACC, AFI, Los Feliz, Silverlake, DTLA, and Griffith Park. Move-in date: April 30 (flexible)
Month to month (long term preferred). $1400/month plus $60 utilities (incl. Wi-Fi and street parking residential permit) plus $1000 security deposit). Optional: Personal gated carport parking space available. COUPLES WELCOME ($1600)
Room is light & airy, partially furnished (or unfurnished if preferred), and has a great courtyard view and walk-in closet. Shared bathroom, washer and dryer on premises, hardwood floors. You are welcome to use the household items and appliances I already have there.
