Roommate Wanted: 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Apartment

Hi I’m currently seeking a roommate, for about a 6-7 month time period. I have an empty room in my apartment that I don’t use, it’s a pretty decent size with a closet. All it’s missing is a bed, The space comes with a computer that you can utilize. The apartment comes with WiFi, an Apple TV in the living room, New appliances/washer and Dryer, Fridge, Stove Dishwasher. You will have your own bathroom. The apartment complex is gated, includes a pool and Gym.
House Rules : No Smoking inside(Patio only) No Loud Music, Keep the home tidy, Please ask before touching personal items( I’ll most likely say yes) & please alert me if you’ll be having more than one guest over.
