This second floor, three-bedroom apartment is spacious, sun-drenched, and has hardwood floors throughout. The full-sized, eat-in kitchen has a brand-new microwave, stainless steel refrigerator and stove, ample counter space, and a dining table with chairs. The living room has a comfortable couch, a coffee table, and a large TV stand with a storage area. The shared bathroom has a tiled floor and a tub/shower combo with a window and shelf.

The unfurnished bedroom (will become unoccupied at the end of the month) is located in the rear of the apartment where there's most privacy, can comfortably fit a queen-sized bed and dresser, and has an exterior closet.

Although there's no buzzer (there's a doorbell), the building's entrance is shared by only one other apartment. Also, the apartment's location is incredibly convenient for getting around. The Lorimer L/Metropolitan G subway station is a block away and Hewes JMZ is 4-5 minutes away by foot; both are the second stop from Manhattan.

The surrounding area is chock-full of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, hardware stores, grocery stores, shops, gyms, and delis in every direction! Really, everything you may need is just steps away!!
