My current lease is ending Feb. 17, so looking to move very soon.

Looking for a roommate to sign a new lease together, preferably in midtown Manhattan, since I work near Grand Central.

I'm 35, straight, single, work in advertising, also have a practice as a dating coach, like to cook a fair amount and host dinner parties, also play guitar.

Have a full kitchens worth of supplies, dining table that seats 6, 4 chairs, and living room couch for the common area.

In terms of the type of apartment I'm picturing, would want to get a real 2 bed/1-2 bath (no flex fake rooms), and I'd love if the apartment had outdoor space, but we'd have to see what's available. Prefer laundry in the building if not in the apartment, and has to have a dishwasher. Kitchen needs to have somewhat reasonable counter space. Walk up or doorman ok, though would have to be a really amazing apartment to walk up to a 4th or 5th floor.
