I'm an early 30's working professional who's also going to school part time for his Masters, I personally enjoy photography and cooking but am rarely home due to work/school. When I am home I'm usually in my room or cooking, on weekends I like to watch Football in the living room, I sometimes watch things in my room and luckily the walls are completely sound deadened and no noise gets through.

This is a decent sized bedroom with an extremely large closet in Yorkville in an extremely convenient location, less than 1 block from the Q, and 3 blocks from the 456 trains, 2 blocks from multiple supermarkets and shops. 2nd floor non street facing with elevator. We have AC in each room, and windows, with a fire escape that leads to the roof. The common space is well furnished, exposed brick in the entrance way and the Super is very responsive.
The room will fit a full size bed/dresser and a small desk, the closet is very tall and very deep(double the depth of a regular closet). We have high ceilings throughout and exposed brick in the entrance way. The Kitchen has 1yr old stainless appliances and all the cabinetry is also 1 year old.
