I'm going through a gnarly breakup to be honest and it's going to be impossible to pay bills with only my income. I have a 3 bedroom place in Chandler. It's a trailer/ manufactured home in an all ages park. The third room is my art studio which is a little bigger than the room for rent but doesn't have a fan, so I'll be keeping that. You'll have your own parking spot in front of the house and the backyard is pretty big and gated. SRP for power....I currently have an empower box but I qualify to switch back, in which case we can split utilities. The water is included in the lot rent. I'd really like to keep my house and stay on my feet, my world could come crashing down any minute and some support would go a long way.
