Hi, I am 33 and pretty laid-back. I have two friendly cats and my girlfriend lives downtown, I spend a lot of time down there away from home. I have two rooms available you can choose which you prefer. Comes with a private bathroom and garage space.

I'm looking for someone relatively clean and respectful. I have a lot of renovation projects going on so I'm looking for someone that's okay with tools laying around the house from time to time. 420 friendly - most things are okay as long as my house doesn't get torn up.

I'm new to this and just trying it out for some extra cash so I'm open to different types of arrangements (long-term, short-term, month-to-month).
