I am looking for a flatmate to occupy a private bedroom with an attached private bathroom in a 2-bedroom - 2-bathroom apartment in the Ballston neighborhood. The address is 4400 4th Street N, Arlington, VA 22203. The complex is approximately 0.7 miles (15–20 minute walk) to the Ballston Metro station, with multiple bus stops located right next to the building. The room includes an in‑unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Building amenities include a swimming pool, gym, computer room, and common lounge/recreation areas.

The room will be available around the last week of December. There is a flexible move-in period, but I aim to fill the spot by mid-January at the latest. Short-term renters are welcome, but preference will be given to someone interested in staying long‑term.
