I grew up in Northshore many years ago lol. I have a fulltime job at Memorial Hermann and part time realtor. Unfortunately, I don't have any children but I do have a fur baby that is my kiddo. He is my whole heart and spoiled rotten. Everyone just loves him. I'm 53 years old and don't go out much. Been there done that lol I'm not a home body just like staying home most of the time. I do like my wine time a good marg and mexican food. I do love going to the beach, hill country, Frio and Guadalupe. Family time and GOD is important to me. Everything else about me you can ask : )))))

The home is located in Kingwood TX. Kings Manor neighborhood, close to 59 North and 99. I have two good size bedrooms available for rent and 1 full bath. The home does have a small pool. I do have a black Labrador that is my everything. If you are not a dog lover please do not reach out. The wifi, electric, gas and water we will split.
No cats, I am allergic and not sure how Charlie would react.
