One bedroom available in spacious FiDi apartment with huge living room, new dishwasher, walk in closet, new oven, apt fully furnished with couch, tv, dining room table, etc. (bedroom not furnished)
Gym, rooftop, laundry, lounge all in building. Doorman 24/7.
While the apartment is huge, the available bedroom is small (fits full size bed, beside table, and 3 drawer dresser) and is more of a home office (converted to bedroom). While small, my roommate has been here for 3 years! Fulton subway 3min walk away to get anywhere in the city.
