I'm looking to find a roommate to fill one bedroom in 2 bedroom apartment. Top floor, very sunny, small balcony. The bedroom is the larger of the 2 with a very large closet.
Walking distance to olde town Arvada and close to a park with a creek/path. Available now. Rent is $600 + half electric and internet with a $600 deposit. Must pass landlords rent requirements (background check/credit). Sorry, no pets:(

A little about me, I work at a tech company in Boulder, mon-fri, 8-5. I like to be outdoors, hang with friends. I don't drink a lot, but I am 420 friendly. Ideally, with all my living experiences, I prefer a he/him to live with.
