Clean apartment with friendly roomies. We are about 2 blocks for myrtle/broadway station (M/J). The apartment has five bedrooms and one bathroom so thats the only downside. We have different schedules so we usually don’t interfere with our shower time. There are two rooms open one for 685 and the other for 760. Utilities usually range around 80. We are all in our mid to late 20s. Just text me for appointments or questions. I’ll be showing the rooms this weekend. Our building has an elevator, laundry and a nice roof.

The leasing company requires proof of income (employment letter and paystubs), last year W-2, last 2 bank statements and will do a credit report.
