I pay my rent on time . my budget is 800-950 a month . i make 3000 monthly, i mostly stay to myself but socialize when it’s comfortable to , i am very respectful of people and their spaces, i love to cook for everyone and would love if the common shared spaces were respected (vice versa ) , having shared responsibilities is a plus . I am very laid back and go with the flow individual. i’m always employed , i’ve been at my job for two years now , i’ve never been fired or kicked out of anything because of my personality.

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for my room in Bushwick. It's a 3-bed 2-bath apt!
