About Me: I’m a graduate student and spend a lot of my time working, volunteering, or relaxing at home with my dog and cat. I keep a clean, quiet apartment and enjoy a peaceful living environment. I’m friendly, good natured, positive and patient. I’m happy to chat, but I also respect personal space and downtime. I rarely have friends over and mostly just hangout in my bedroom or watch a tv show in the living room before bed. Two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in South Eugene. The available bedroom is unfurnished (the furniture shown in the photos is not included).

The apartment has a kitchen with a gas range and dishwasher, a gas fireplace, vinyl plank flooring, off-street parking, secure bike storage, onsite laundry, and gas heat.

I’m looking for a roommate to replace my current roommate, who is moving for a job.

I have two ESA animals: an 18-year-old dog and a 4-year-old cat. They’re both calm and enjoy a quiet home.

The living room, kitchen, bathroom, and other common areas are shared. I just ask that you be respectful of shared spaces and my belongings.
