Great house in quiet neighborhood that backs up to the creek. I have two rooms available, but only want one roommate. If you want both rooms for office/storage, it will only be $100 a month more. The bathroom is accessed via the hallway so isn't private, but it will be only yours for use. The house also has two separate living areas to provide for additional space/privacy. Utilities are fully covered and include electricity, gas, and internet.

Looking for a roommate who is respectful of property. I'm pretty laid back and easy going. I'll have people over occasionally.
