I’m a Chinese-Canadian working professional with two cats! My cats are ragdoll cats - a chubby little boy named Fuyu, and a long skinny girl named Natsu. I have 2 work from home days a week, but otherwise keep to myself; I’m an introvert who values quiet and who likes to order my groceries online. I love nerdy things - my favourite games are Genshin Impact, Honkai Starrail, and Arknights, along with FFXIV. My cats are clean and don’t scratch, but I do ask you to keep your room door closed if you don’t want them wandering into your room…

1 bedroom on the 2nd floor of a townhouse for rent!
Clean and quiet 1-bedroom on the 2nd floor of a townhouse. Internet and utilities included in rental price. Pictures are of how the unit currently looks, but the unit will be furnished with a simple metal twin bed, a desk, a bookshelf, and a folding chair. Mattress is included, or you can bring your own, but bringing your own rolling chair is encouraged! If you want to bring your own furniture, let me know, and I can make sure the room is empty for you.
Due to shared common areas, a female tenant is preferred! Shared areas include a washroom upstairs, washroom downstairs on the main level, and the stove/fridge/dishwaster/microwave. There is laundry and dryer on-site.
Located in a quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to Walmart, Chatime, LCBO, bus stop. No parties, smoking or drugs, but video game/dungeons and dragons parties are okay. :)
Flexible on rental terms, and price is negotiable - I typically give a rental discount to students who can provide their proof of enrollment. Open to 4 month, 8 month, 12 month leases, or going month-to-month.
The unit comes with two friendly cats! Unfortunately, there is no parking space available.
