Bushwick Apartment

Looking for a roommate to sign a one year lease in Bushwick that has a similar vibe. Nothing like having your own space, but also occasionally kicking it on a weeknight playing games or watching a film.

One year lease starting 8/1 with sign on no later then 5/30 required by landlord. Apartment is a quick walk to the J and M train, washer and dryer in building, and a small gym. Additionally two balconies/terraces that are great for summer nights or weekend and relaxing with people. The apartment comes with furnishing, however the bedroom does not. Common area is shared and welcome to make it your own too!

Preferred roommate would be a male between 27-37 years old that’s LGBT/LGBT friendly.

Must be wiling to show management company proof of income and potentially be ask for them to run a credit report. First and security deposit required at signing by management company.

About me: 34 year-old gay man who considers himself pretty laid-back. I work in operations and oversee a handful of clinics across Manhattan. My evenings and weekends usually revolve around some form of training for the New York City marathon, relaxing, and watching a movie or going out in Brooklyn somewhere.
