APARTMENT: Walls painted on May 2023, high ceilings, wooden floor, modern appliances, central air system. The apartment is fully equipped, up and running: Fully furnished, 46-inch Sony TV in living room, full Spectrum TV boxes in living room and in all 3 rooms, high-speed internet with wi-fi and also wired ethernet to all 3 rooms, all kind of kitchen and cleaning stuff...

ROOM AVAILABLE: fully furnished with double-size bed, new mattress, Create Barrel desk, shelves and drawers, office chair, wall mirror, 32 inch TV... There is a big closet outside the room for this room's use only.

AVAILABLE START DATE: Dec 1st

FIXED MONTHLY PRICE: $1400 for minimum 6-month stay; but ideally for minimum 12 or 18-month stay

EVERYTHING INCLUDED IN FIXED PRICE: That fixed monthly price includes the rent of the described room, plus the electricity, hot water, Spectrum cable TV with HBO in all rooms, internet, all kitchen/bath/cleaning supplies... And also a professional cleaning person who comes every other week. So you just pay a fixed amount once per month, then you have no extra costs of any kind. All those expenses at this apartment cost on average $750/month in total.

So if you want to compare with other places, you can estimate that just the "real estate" of this room would be $1400 - $250 = $1150

This all-included set-up is perfect for someone who wants to arrive, "plug and play" without any headaches or extra shopping, and at the same time avoiding any variable expenses. If a TV or piece of furniture gests old, I buy a new one. If there is something to be repaired, I deal with it and I pay the costs. You don't have to worry about anything except paying your fixed amount per month and be responsible with your own stuff.

DEPOSIT: will be required depending on term agreement.

ROOMMATES: Ideally looking for roommates who plan to stay long term, although lifestyle will be the most important aspect. Must be respectful of cleanliness and noise. Very strict non-smoking environment. No loud parties allowed, but of course you can bring guests. You will enjoy a lot of privacy at the apartment, because current roommates have busy work schedules or travel frequently.
