Hello all! I have a bedroom available for $1,680 starting March 1st in the Cow Hollow neighborhood.

The apartment is just a short walk to the Chestnut and Union strip of bars/restaurants in the Marina District and only a few blocks from the Palace of Fine Arts, Crissy Field/Beach, and 2 blocks east of the Presidio. This location is amazing!

The apartment is a 3BR, 2Ba with a huge living room space where we have a 65in TV to hang out. There's a large back patio porch (accessible from the room!) where we have fires and grill out, a great grassy backyard, a garage beneath the apt with free laundry, and tons of storage space. The last amenity of course is having 2 great roommates - both 32 years old and currently work from home. One is really into brewing beer (another perk!) with a kegerator always stocked with his latest creation and another guy who loves skiing and makes routine trips to Tahoe.

The room itself has recently been painted, has a huge closet, and a ton of natural light thanks to the french doors that open up to the back patio. I'll miss this room dearly! Your bathroom would be shared with one roommate who is very clean. Pets are welcome and have a great yard to play!
