Me and my current roommate are looking at new spots and have both been in New York for a few years now. We both are hard-working professionals and really like our shared space to be clean and comfortable. We're both social and laid-back. While we enjoy going out we never bring the party back to the apartment.
Our ideal spot is in East Williamsburg or Bed-Stuy but reall anywhere close to the G or L trains.
(I work from home or from coffee shops around Brooklyn. My other roommate is rarely home as he works in Manhattan).
