MASTER BEDROOM (unfurnished): 1 bathroom, 2 closets, plenty of space for a queen or 2 twins and desks.

HOUSE AMENITIES: Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Full kitchen, Garbage included in rent (utilities and water is not included and is split by headcount), 2 guaranteed parking (we could work out our scheds so everyone can have parking if staying out late).

LOCATION BENEFITS: 2 minutes from bus stop, 15 minutes from SFSU, close to Serramonte, Colma, Skyline and Westlake.

ABOUT US: 2 male SFSU students, we are both Asian with no preference for race or age for potential roommates. We don’t smoke and only drink socially and are both working around full time, so we won’t be home too often. However, we do like to play video games sometimes and could potentially get loud, but you could tell us to quiet down if it is too much, no questions asked.
