Hey! I’m a 21-year-old guy currently studying at American University. I’m looking to rent a room just for the summer (available to move in starting 5/10/25) with a budget around $800/month. I'm super easygoing, big into basketball, and always down to chill — but also respectful when it comes to shared spaces. I’m open to living with people of any gender or age, and I'm definitely pet-friendly too. Just hoping to find a good spot and some cool people to room with for the summer!
