I'm a 32 year old female relocating from Pennsylvania. I'll be working on a hybrid schedule until March, then I will be in office 5 days a week. Looking to live in Midtown (or a short commute to Midtown East) and would like to be in walking distance of great restaurants, shops, coffee shops, etc... I've always wanted to live in Manhattan and am moving for a new job, so will definitely be exploring!

I'm pretty active/social but can also be somewhat of an introvert when I need to recharge. I LOVE cooking so will definitely be using the kitchen (Although, I am not sure if I will have the energy to cook as much going from fully remote to in office : ) ) but am down to share groceries/delicious meals! I would also ideally like an environment where it's okay if I have people over from time to time.

My ideal roommate is someone chill, friendly, and who isn't necessarily a super neat freak but likes to keep common spaces clean (especially the kitchen and bathroom)! Open to both female and male roommates who are looking to start a lease in February!
