I just finished my higher education studies in Germany, which I wanted to do first, before finding work in New York, because University in Germany is free. As a job, I've been working as an actress in Television and Film in Germany for the past 6 years and that is how I've been financing myself. In these 6 years I have lived with different roommates and alone, so I think I have worked out a way of living together that makes me happy and hopefully you as well.
