Thirty-something vaccinated and boosted female looking for a roommate to join me in renting this awesome apartment. It's the first floor of a triple-decker home. Kitchen is fantastic with lots of counter space. Living room/dining room is open concept with lots of windows, and there's a large bathroom in the front hall. You'd have your own bedroom (unfurnished) complete with a walk-in closet. There's also a storage unit in the basement along with a washer/dryer set-up. Bus line is literally right outside the front door, and it runs the mile to Malden Center where you can grab the T. Love that it's close to parks, shopping, and I-93. Rent is $837.50 per month, not including utilities.
