I have a double bedroom available for $1650 (utilities not included) in my 3 bedroom house in Highland Park. I just signed the lease on this beautiful, peaceful property.

You will have the entire front portion of the house, which includes a bedroom with sliding doors that open up to your own private porch. The room has it's own bathroom with dual luxury rain and regular showerheads. You will have a private entrance into the house and a private living room.

The shared portion of the property includes another living room/dining room, a kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, a large driveway, and a backyard.

On the property, there is a pomegranate tree, avocado tree, orange tree, and lime tree.

The house is in Highland Park, 1 block from the 110 Via Marisol exit. It is walking distance to Figueroa Street, where there are a ton of stores and restaurants including Highland Park Bowl, Highland Theaters, La Cuevita, banks, a post office, grocery stores, etc. There is a medium-size city park 4 minutes away, and Debs Park, which is a mountain with trails and a lake is steps away. It is a 10-minute drive to beautiful Mount Washington, and 15 minutes to downtown L.A.

I am looking for someone who is respectful, clean and mellow. My current roommate and I are working, creative professionals and we do not party or bring the party home. I hope to create a living space that is a peaceful, cozy, and quiet sanctuary.
