Seeking friendly non-smoking female professional or student

Hi everyone...my roommate has to move back home, so I am seeking a roommate for a private unfurnished bedroom+private detached bathroom in 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Valley Village, CA with in unit laundry and balcony. $1330/mo + 1/2 utilities, approximately$150 a mo. Tons of amenities, garage parking and extra storage included, female professional or student preferred. Non-smokers and no pets, please be friendly, positive, quiet and emotionally stable. Pics included to show space, room fits queen-sized bed and furniture nicely, 2 closets with plenty of storage. Common spaces beautifully furnished. Please DM me for more information. Must pass credit screening and join current lease up around June 2021. Prefer someone open to potential long-term beyond this lease of we vibe well, or someone open to renting a house together after current lease is up! Available as soon as February 1 but possibly earlier if we are a good fit.
