Hey there! Me and my roommate are applying to move into this 5 bedroom home mid May and are looking for a third roommate to join us. We need to apply ASAP to secure the house so I thought I’d share here to see if there were others looking for the same time frame!

About the house:
-rent $850/mo not including Utilities
-5BR and a huge loft space upstairs. only three will live here, three bedrooms and two rooms will be used for home offices as both Cheyanna and I will be working from home.
-Backyard with deck
-huge kitchen, great for entertaining
-loft space could be used in part as a gym we plan to add to

About us:
Hailee: 25, works as an assistant escrow officer, ♍️ Virgo 💕, loves home DIY projects, art, writing, design, yoga, meditation, and her dog, Cash.

Cheyanna: 22, ♌️ Leo, artist, very loving and bright person who is always up for scary movies and cooking. Getting into aerial silks as a hobby bc she’s a bad ass. She also has a very loving emotional support dog named Nova.

Our ideal Roomate:
Someone who contributes to a peaceful, fun, safe environment. Ideally, we would love to live with someone who appreciates a clean home as much as we do.

Unfortunately, no other pets, the house max is 2 but we could be okay with fish, or reptiles. 👍
