I have a spacious room that will be available for move in on October 1st, 2023. Looking for someone who is financially responsible, respectful and communicative.
Monthly rent is $900.00 which includes utilities and internet, a $400 deposit will be required before moving in. The living room and kitchen are furnished, but the bedroom isn't. Laundry is in the unite and you will have your own bathroom.
This is a great neighborhood and the room is conveniently located walking distance to major grocery stores, convenient store, restaurants, and entertainment. It is also a 7 minute drive to Mt. Hood Community College, and walking distance to Gresham Downtown.
Fair heads up, I have a very lovely pup so if you are scared of big dogs or have allergies than we wouldn't be a good fit for you.
