July 1st move-in.
Nice 2-bedroom 1-bath apartment that was renovated just last year! Bright and sunny with large windows in each room!
All new stainless steel Samsung appliances (stove, microwave, and dishwasher) and large wall-embedded air conditioning unit. Heat and Hot water included, and temperature control is in unit.
pets are allowed for an additional $50/month
I've lived here for a year now and I like it! Good neighbors plus responsive property managers and maintenance staff.
It's located right next to a reasonable laundromat, convenience store, and Dominican Restaurant.
The Forest Hills station is a 15-minute walk away and so is the Arnold Arboretum!
For commuters: Route 32 stop right next to the apartment door. 3-minute ride to Forest Hills station. Also, very close to Roslindale.
