About me: Mid-20s, moved to Sunnyside around 2 years ago, and absolutely love the neighborhood! I like my apartment to be a relaxing place to come home and wind-down! The unit is 800 sq ft, is on the first floor up a flight of stairs, has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a separate living room, and separate kitchen with a dining table and four chairs. The shared spaces are all furnished and the bedroom is move-in ready!
I'm hoping to live with a female-identifying roommate in their mid20s-30s who's also respectful, clean, and enjoys home as an oasis! No pets please!
Very responsive landlord, all south facing windows so lots of sunlight, and the room is around 16x12, big enough to fit a queen sized bed with space for plenty of other furniture!
