Located at 2303 E Ball Rd in Anaheim just off the 57 Freeway. A few miles away from Disneyland, Angel Stadium, Honda Center and more. Second (top) floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms separated by the common/living area and kitchen. Recently moved in with most of the furniture in place, still looking for a dining room table. Utilities such as internet, water, electricity are included in the rent. Appliances include AC, Electric Oven/Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator, and Coffee Machine (Nespresso). Balcony with plenty of space. Ring doorbell on front door for security. Room comfortably fits a queen size bed (as shown in photos), mirrored closet doors. Vaulted ceiling. Full size, private bathroom with plenty of storage space. Access to community pool and spa. Laundry on site with several different rooms throughout the community that take credit/debit card. Gated community that is fairly quiet, safe, and well-maintained. Parking is first-come-first-serve and $20 to register a vehicle through their parking app. No security deposit needed and on a year long lease that ends in the end of April 2026 (will be added to lease agreement upon move-in).
