I entertain occasionally ( I had a pretty epic wine and paint night last month) but am generally pretty quiet and don't have a lot of people over unannounced or unplanned. I have a lot of hobbies. Improv and yoga are two of the main ones right now. I love musicals, like getting dressed up, and I'm obsessed with mochas. I don't watch TV but you are welcome to bring your own.

Lots of hip coffee spots and eateries nearby as well as low key bars and parks. Parking spot available for an additional $50 a month. Quiet but active roommate. Cleanly.
