Hello,

I have 2 roommates moving out. You would share a bathroom, I have my own bathroom in the master bedroom. We share a kitchen and living space. We have a fenced in backyard and a front porch. An amazing alarm system and a big basement with a new washer and dryer.

I am a clean person, so I just ask for the same with the community living place. I do not care what you do in your bedroom but ask we just respect our community living space. We also mow the lawn so I can teach someone to do it with me.
Im a teacher and I am a bartender on the weekends, so I am gone quite a bit or in my room reading, watching tv, working on lesson plans, or playing video games.
