I have a great home in west log Sq looking for 2 new guys to fill the rooms in this 3 floor clean 4 bed 2 full baths house to room with for the next year or 2.
plenty of Street parking close shoe stores half a block to public transportation Belmont and 5 mins to blueline.
rent $2300 that will be divided by 2 or 4 if we choose to rent out all 4 rooms .
:requirements:
must make on paper at less $2200 a month on paper, lease management requirements. but I'm flexible
no pets
please be clean and dwelling to do your weekly part to keep a great living space clean.
in these hard times having 4 roomates in this specious 3 floor home makes it super affordable to save money. with 4 guys rent would be only $575 plus around $125 in Bill's.
less roommates a bit more.
kinda staying away from couples have ran into issues in the past.
13 years sober so not welling to live with a drug user. drinking and 420 love all day 🥰😜
if your looking for a great place to live and your a people person this house is for you .
we do not fry foods due to a allergen to oil in the air. but many great ways to cook other then frying 🥰 west LOG SQ house looking for you .. Artist here looking for kind people .
