I am a 52 GWM, Need someone LGBTQ+ friendly in the home. I am renting out a basement bedroom/bathroom in my Park Hill home. Comes with a private entrance where you go downstairs to your space. The space available is private - I work from home but only come to the basement to do laundry. I have a guest bedroom and do have guests a few times a year.

The space you would rent includes a kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, air fryer and electric tea pot. Bedroom/bathroom are private and not shared. The laundry is also in the basement.

Rent is $900 and includes all utilities. Renter will have limited access to full kitchen upstairs, but will have access to sink/dishwasher as needed.

It is currently street parking on a quiet, residential street with parking available typically in front of the house. Safe neighborhood. House has a back patio w/grill and furniture and planters waiting for someone with a green thumb!
