Hi, my name is Kelly, and I am looking for a place to rent in the Bay Area. Flexible on length of lease and okay with month-to-month. Max budget $1,200/month, not including utilities. I can move in anytime between now and 10/1.
I am looking for a studio, 1 bedroom, or a private room in a place with roommates. Private bath preferred, but willing to share with one other person.
I have two cats.
I work most days remotely.
I am 420-friendly, but do not partake personally.
