I am looking for 1-2 female roommates in their early-mid 20s to live in an apartment in Manhattan. I recently got accepted to the PhD program in Linguistics at the CUNY Graduate Center and want to move to Manhattan in August. Currently, I live on Long Island and work at a small publishing company as a Content Editor. I'm looking to live in an apartment with a total rent of no more than $2400/month, preferably on the Upper West Side, in Lenox Hill, or Midtown, but I'm open to other suggestions.

I'm looking for someone who does not have pets, is a non-smoker, friendly, and not too into the partying scene. I care about cleanliness and organization, and though I'm pretty lowkey I love exploring different things to do in the city, like new restaurants, parks, and museums. In my spare time I love to draw, sing (I really love karaoke!), write, or spend time outside when the weather is nice.
