About Us:
We are two kind, social, and fun late-20s/early-30s females; both who work in tech in Chelsea and Soho, but we both work from home periodically. We like to work out, eat, and are focused on our careers. We enjoy going out with friends to restaurants and bars, and also staying in from time to time. We are mindful of each other’s space and are super respectful and clean. We cook from time to time and order a lot of take out.

About You:
We are looking for a female roommate with a stable job, doesn’t smoke, and is respectful, responsible, authentic, and drama-free. You are clean, pick up after yourself, and respect the communal space. You don't bring the party home and have a good balance of having friends over versus going out. You're quiet and conscious of noise, respectful after hours and intuitive about roommate etiquette. You actively contribute to apartment chores (eg. cleaning, dishes, trash) and are okay with splitting costs of household items (cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc.)
