Room has a closet, window to the yard, and a bathroom. The room is on the first floor, which is nice and secluded from the kitchen/living room area on the second floor and from the master bedroom on the third floor.
Additional living room/office space also available for extra.
Washer/dryer in home. 1 Garage parking spot included.
Application fee required. Rent paid monthly. 6 month lease, renewable to 12 months lease after 6 months if everything goes well. This is for the comfort of both homeowner and renter.
There are currently 2 cats here.
Price includes all utilities.
Security deposit, background check, income check required.
